I've had success with DXM and alcohol to clear my head, but I don't want my liver to give out. I'm unable to get stimulants since I don't have health insurance at the moment, but was prescribed them from age 6-18. What should I do?
>>33843560Do a parasite cleanse. Deworm yourself.
>>33843560Magnesium.
>>33843560There are none, and if there was, I would know. You're really shit out of luck if you cannot get a prescription, and anything outside of "hard" stimulant drugs are practically useless for effectively treating symptoms of ADHD, I've tried it all. Eating clean, lifting, taking expensive supplements and weird nootropics, limiting my phone use, meditation, forming new habits, etc. None of it works since it does not deal with the fundamental problem of your brain being naturally wired to metabolize dopamine too quickly to be useful, which stimulants directly treat.I find that taking vitamin D along with exercise and a good sleep routine helps with brain fog and memory but it doesn't noticeably improve my attention span. Also avoid alcohol like the plague, I can guarantee that it will make everything worse for you in the long-term.Save your money and wait until you can get meds again, or you can learn the hard way like I did by doing a bunch of stupid shit for a few frustrating years before going through the painful process of getting a prescription.
My brains rpm's get too high all the time in a state of hyper vigilance so I cope by slowing myself down with weed.I've genuinely wanted to quit smoking in order to take some sort of adhd medicine but I have 0 clue how to practically aquire means to have that for a long time. People say prescriptions but idk how to get that / the one that's right for me / that I can afford. All the markers are there for me but I just got focus to get this problem solved.
