It doesn't really happen. Attractive people are called attractive because they attract. Everyone wants to be friends with or date attractive people. Even if they're not all that into social media, they will still constantly get flocked by new acquaintances and will eventually give in to creating social media accounts "just because". Also, there's a whole practical side to social media where you can ask help for something or get job opportunities. So it would be stupid for attractive people to turn such opportunities down knowing they can build a large network by their sheer physical appeal.

The truth is only ugly people and losers don't have social media. They claim "social media is toxic for the mind hurr", but the reality is they have no friends. The only women you'll find with no social media will sadly look like they come straight from a freak show.

Who said you can't? My statement was that 100% of people with no social media are ugly or losers. It doesn't address the existence of ugly/losers on social media. You have plenty of them with 5 friends and 4 of those being family members. It's just a matter of who is embarrassed with showing it publicly and who isn't.

It's not really "shunning" social media but I've known a fair few popular/attractive girls who don't really use it all that often. They post maybe once every few months on Instagram or Facebook but for the most part they just use as a tool to keep in contact with family and friends via messaging and aren't media-clout-obsessed attention whores.

But that's not what OP means. What OP means is "where do you find lonely girls who like to stay at home and don't have much of a social circle to go out with that are also conventionally attractive and that might possibly give your average basement dweller on 4chan a chance despite him being a friendless loser with no real skills or hobbies".

And the answer to that is that they are extremely rare if not nonexistent because those girls will still have friends that they go out with and hobbies that they partake in and will generally be interested in guys that have their shit more or less together and aren't socially isolated weirdos.
