try sounding. am serious. get in there and move the problem around yourself. it's easy to find a sounding instrument online (obvs sanitise it first too). i tried it once and it really loosened things up and made the entire thing way more bearable.

It depends on if it’s small enough to be passed naturally. If not and you don’t go to the doc, your fucked. If you’ve already been and it’s small enough to pass, then beer is a diarrhetic than can help.
