I know people will say if you want to lose weight, you just have to pull through.
I have inhuman respect for all those fatbros who just manage to fucking hit the gym, and go from being like 250kg to 120kg, absolute gigachads
I'm not an absolute gigachad. I tried, and i even had a little success, then relapsed. I know it's cheating, but i simply need the help

Problem is, I'm not diabetic, and also not a drug junkie, which means i don't have 10 shady dealers on my phone ready to sell me black market heroin. Is there any way i could get Ozempic despite not having a prescription, because i don't technically qualify since I'm not a diabetic

Just dry fast. Do everything you're doing now but without eating or drinking. No need to run or exercise.

cigarettes are the thinking man's Ozempic

I managed to lose a good amount of weight just eating a few chicken tacos before bed and going on 1, 1.5 hour long walks 4 or 5 times a week. I cant seem to gather the willpower to do that again tho. Maybe cuz i moved to a less accessible area

much better to normal starve

Guy. Learn to diet better. Its not just about reducing calories. What you eat matters too.

For 3 days, calorie count. That's it, not a life long commitment. See what youre actually consuming in a day. Check your TDEE (there are calculators online that'll give you a ball park, highly googleable) make your calorie intake less than your TDEE.

The hack;
Zero calories til noon (assuming you have a somewhat normal sleep schedule). When you do eat, eat only when youre hungry, and only whole foods. Avoid ultra processed.

If youre male and not grossly horrifyingly overweight, Ill bet 1500 cals a day will be reasonable weight-loss for you. And I bet if you dont eat til 12 and only eat whole food when youre hungry, at night youll find yourself shoving food in your mouth just to get *up to* 1500.

But the calorie counting will help show you how much youre eating and let yiu calculate what you should eat. Samsung health (works on iphone) is one of the best apps there is for this.

Tldr weight loss isnt actually hard. People just seriously severely misunderstand food. Ultra processed foods are empty nutrient. It makes you crave more food.

hey OP, former fattie here. I was 310 lbs 18 months ago, now I'm 170. my family pushed me to take ozempic and I said no (i couldn't afford it anyway but that's beside the point). you can absolutely do it. the first thing to do is stop drinking ANY liquid calories. you can gradually approach this. get down to 2000kcal a day, cook all your own food, make it as easy as possible - cook pre diced chicken, frozen veggies, microwave rice. overnight oats with greek yogurt, put some nice stuff you like in there too, you can even do slop like nutella in there. drink diet sodas if you want, I personally avoid them because they fuck with my phosphorus:calcium ratio and make me sweat and feel more hungry, but they technically aren't going to put weight on you.

and just walk. it'll be hard at first. walk for 30 minutes if you can. very quickly you'll be able to do an hour, then aim for 1.5 hours and try and build up your pace. just zone out with your headphones in to youtube or music or whatever.

you CAN do all this.
