My birthday is comming up and i am alone, my only friend is busy all the time, no boyfriend, can't afford to buy sometype of dessert for the occasion (don't judge me stuff have been tough), family situation is bad, my city is awful so going for a walk would also be unpleasant, have to deal with annoying medical stuff. Like I have nothing to do to celebrate the day and I feel it is going to be hard mentally
