What matters is what you do that's not exactly normal within your society. Do you feel regret after murdering a dog? If you don't, you're a psychopath. Would you feel regret if you'd killed somebody you'd known? Now, what about soldiers after killing another soldier? Are they psychopaths? Psychopath is a meme.
