I have a fissure in my urethra on the inside of my cock. I can get maybe 90% of the way there but I always feel like there's some left over. I do have occasional symptoms such as spraying, dribbling, and light twinges near the urethra. Also when I ejaculate it can feel strange because it's trying to exit out of a cramped urethra.I have heard that sounding is basically the only nonsurgical option, but sounding can possibly inflame the urethra making it even worse.
