Lately I’ve been feeling like time (daily/monthly/yearly) is moving faster (I’m in my late 20s). It’s gotten to the point where I’m getting increasingly anxious on a daily basis about it and that feels like it’s making it worse. I can’t tell if I’ve just been gaslit/cogitohazard’d by everyone telling me time moves faster as you get older or not; but regardless, I’m trying to fix this before I spiral into a dread loop. How do I slow things down / not feel anxious about it?
