It's embarrassing to ask in your thirties, but how do I deal with disrespectful youngsters and teenagers on the public transport? It doesn't happen that often, but sometimes when I'm on the train or bus, a group of assholes may board it and starts being loud and annoying. When I stare at such people, they often try to start shit and so I try to ignore them in order to not get myself in trouble.However, this usually happens when there aren't that many other people around, and I feel as an older guy I should tell them to behave. But I worry that if I do, they will just mock me and focus their attention on me instead, as by myself I don't look very intimidating. What's the best way to navigate such situations? A couple times filming cunts like that in response to threats works, but fighting is probably overkill.
