My neighbour won't shut the fuck up when I am trying to concentrate on watching movies or trying to play videogames, he also walks on the grass outside of our apartment too when he should be walking on the path instead.
I've had no personal space for years, it/s not fucking fair.

We need to be spread out more, building small houses spaced apart where there is plenty of land to do so. But nobody does that because it's not profitable, and if the government did it would be literally communism causing the inflated housing-as-an-assetand-investment prices to plummet. If you decided to just build a house yourself on cheap land in a remote place you'd have to be an off the grid prepper survivalist cause you can't just build your own city, moreover that the kinds of people who want to do this want to be away from others not build a new town.
