Just find a job where you can make your own times. Sometimes I work starting at 10pm.

You can "cope" by going to bed early, obviously.
>>
>>33861941
Go to sleep when you get home from work and wake up at 3 am and do things before work
>>
>>33861941
Practice going to sleep at 6 or 7:30pm and wake up around 350am or 4am.
>>
>>33861941
Get up at 6.

Force yourself to wake up no matter how much it sucks. Eventually you'll get used to it and it won't seem so bad. I've worked the same schedule for about 15 years of starting work at 6 in the morning and I don't even use my alarm clock anymore. You just do everything you do already at a different time.
