Lately, I'm been reverting to chimp mode and punching things when I'm by myself. Thankfully, I haven't had a incidents at work, but at the same time, I also feel like I'm a brink away from be the next go to being some public freakout guy.

What are some decent copes if I feel overwhelmed and stuck in life?

I want to know more too. I honestly just go for politics or getting pissed at people at anonymous imageboards, I just don't want to freak out in real life. Too much stress with modern life.

Journaling is something I turn to from time-to-time as well.

Could write letters to people you scorn but never send them like Marge Simpson does. Seems to help.

Journaling seems cool. A friend I knew was writing a really long diary. If he ever he got pissed, he just broke glass. Honestly, if anonymous imageboards didn't exist, I wouldn't really have a place to vent. I knew someone with a punching bag too.
