im currently working at a cafe and we recently got a new manager who was great at first but got really weird really fast. he was so friendly but then started saying really strange things like oversharing about his dating life, complaining about women and asking me if ive thought about starting an only fans. i then found out that hes been shit talking me behind my back to my other coworkers. my coworkers told me he was saying stuff like "shes not going anywhere with her life" and "i know what kind of girl she is ive dated girls like her" which is so odd because im 19 and hes in his late 30s. he also shit talked my performance and called me lazy but when he talks to ME he says im such a good employee and praises me. this is my first full time job and i have no idea what to do. im scared to confront him because he has total control over my hours and could just fire me and he hasnt done anything physical so i cant really report him. should i just quit? it seems like he just hates me but i have no idea what i did wrong, he hasnt shit talked any of my other coworkers hes only spoken about me so i just feel helpless. if anyone has any experience with anything similar i would love any advice.
