Take a class. Learn boating/sailing, get captain's license, get into local club, many owners like company when going out on the water, ie never alone.
Pick up a different sporting hobby, from pickleball to ultimate frisbee, to hiking to sailboarding to biking. There's a group that lights up their bikes for "rides" locally.
Got money, buy a Harley, get active.
Find book clubs, find one that has dudes or a book that interests you. Or take a lit class or creative writing at the local college. Interested in japanese stuff? Plenty of clubs. Like film, volunteer for the film festival, drive around directors, or just attend early admission events, cocktail hours, etc.
