Every since my gf got her new job, her sleep schedule has been absolutely wacky. She went from 2am to 11pm when she worked nights but now with her new 9-5 job she absolutely conks out at 9pm and wakes up 4-5ish (3 hours before she has to head to work)
It's starting to affect our relationship. She's way too tired throughout the day. She wakes up sleepy, kills 3h, goes to work sleepy, comes home sleepy and falls asleep almost right after dinner
I work a 9-5 too but my sleep schedule is a bit closer knit to my clock in time and I'm used to it after 3 years. I'm usually in bed by 11pm and sleep till 7
We sleep in separate rooms because I snore loudly and she takes up nearly the entirety of our bed when we're together and it's just much nicer when we actually have to get up the next morning and do things
Any ideas to help her out with his issue though? She's admitted herself that it's starting to kill her

maybe sleep in the same bed? i don't know how i'd ask about it, but it could wokr. good luck anon

>I snore loudly
get your sleep apnea fixed OP, that will help more than whining about this.

I've been tested for it before and they said I didn't have apnea
I think my gf is just a light sleeper
>>33864499
Idk if that would actually work. We keep each other up more when we're in the same bed than anything else

hmm I'm a light sleeper too but can easily sleep with my bf because even if he does snore, it only starts happening after we both fall asleep (so if I wake up in the middle of the night I usually can't sleep from the noise and gotta nudge him so he stops at least for a bit so I can fall asleep again lol).
can she wear earplugs while sleeping with you? or if she'd rather sleep alone regardless. but yeah do have no idea why she wants to wake up so early before work with such a small amount of sleep. what does she do in the mornings? is she trying to get alone/"me" time or what?

>i do have no idea*

she visits her sneaky link every morning. get an airtag.

>no idea why she wants to wake up so early before work
It isn't by choice. Her body is waking her up early and she can't get back to sleep

oh, that does sound shitty. but i don't think i've ever met such an early bird in my own life. has she tried melatonin? that does seem like the only solution unless she fixes how she naturally wakes up, or unless she starts going to sleep way earlier.

>Wakes up 3h before she has to work
>Comes back home 3h after she clocks out
>Sleeps on separate bad
You are a KEK
