How often is too often?
>>33865028More than once a month is too often
>>33865028More than once is too often
>>33865028More than once a year imo. But that one time per year you do you feel like complete and utter shit. I don't understand how people who eat that literal poison every day even manage to function at all. Personally, i eat as little processed food as possible.
>>33865031>>33865043>>33865049when did 4chan become overrun with health fags?
>>33865028There's plenty of "fast food" that aren't unhealthy, like barbecue and sushi.
>>33865073Unseasoned chicken and rice is the only healthy meal, bub.
>>33865076Lean chicken you mean Orthorexic anon
>>33865067>>>/fit/It's not even just about health. Shit is overpriced, is not even remotely "fast" anymore, and tastes like ass. You can get a decent burger in a real restaurant or even a fucking bar with a cute waitress while watching sports or some shit for the same price. Or you can make your own at home for 1/5th of the price and even that will taste better. Doesn't sound like a hard decision to make.

>>33865028You shouldn't eat it at all. It's not even that good, and it is bad for the body. Pee is stored in the balls.
>>33865028eat it every day. fat. fuck.
what exactly makes a bean and rice burrito from taco bell less healthy than homemade alfredo pasta?
>>33866015macronutrient balance. enough pasta Alfredo to fill you is 40g carbs, which isn't great, but even the little tiny $1.49 Taco Bell burrito has 55g, which is insane. all the starches in Taco Bell tortillas are away worse than you'd think. with Alfredo, you're probably having a little chicken breast, so protein. you're also not having 1000mg sodium. every single thing at Taco Bell is insane amounts of sodium, even the little things are half your day in salt. your Alfredo, even with 4 cheeses off the block, is gonna have like 350-400mg. the oil you cook with at home is gonna be better, not industrial grade that's been frying things all day. processed oils are just flat out worse than evoo/dairy fats. lastly, your stuff isn't gonna have preservatives, emulsifiers, all that shelf stability additiveshope this helps

>>33865028once every two days is too oftenI notice my body feeling like shit if I do it every couple days, giving it more time to get rid of the shit usually makes it barely impactfulbut every body is different, my mom can't more than once a week and my sister's husband can eat fast food daily and not suffer too muchnot that he does it, we're not trash, but he has the option.
