I cannot get myself to sleep early due to a combination of internet addiction and being scared to go to sleep (im not afraid of the dark im afraid of actually falling asleep) and using my phone as a sort of coping mechanism/to keep me company. This has been going on for years now and i rarely get more than a couple hours of sleep on the weekdays. How fix??//? am i cooked?
Feels like things are not enough/too much and body aches. Try to find distractions. I take sleeping meds to force myself to stay on track.
