Pretty easily actually since there isn't much difference between a 20 y.o. and a 30 y.o. in my experience. I go to the bar district across the street from campus all the time and went all throughout my 30s (while I was in grad school) and nowadays (in my 40s) while getting a PhD. I’ve picked up a few undergrads and post docs, but I don’t really try (caveat: I’m tall and put together well and not fat). There “should” be a bar for older people where they congregate, but I go to the bar next to it because I’ve known the bartenders there for a long time and older people do show up during the hours I’m generally out.
