If she never calls you by your name it's jover

This might be the first real truth nuke I've ever read.
This woman who made my life hell stopped calling me by my actual name after a couple of years.
Of course, she hated any time I tried to call her by a nickname because it "reminded her of her dad". :o) :o) :o) :o) :o)

I notice that literally every girl I've been into never called me by my name. I found it so weird. Every other girl would look at me and say "hey x!" with ease except these girls. Theyd only say hi if I said hi to them but never mention my name or even a nickname

I'm OP, that's precisely my experience too.
Whenever we were in a group, this girl I had made advancements towards, would only refer to me as "him", "you" simply say "hi!, but never " I worked with Anon" or " Hi Anon". Despite being nice.
It's almost like a spell. Like in a spell or a prayer you have to say the words. You have to CALL the entity that you deem to be real. And it becomes real if you call.

Counterpoint:
If she has always called you a pet name like baby or my love and then she starts calling you by your name, that is when it's jover.

Personally, I often have a hard time calling people by name due to shyness. I can only really do it with people I know well, otherwise I just say, “hey!” “hi again!” etc. Once I'm more comfortable it becomes easier. I doubt this is the case for everyone but maybe some of those girls are just a bit shy. ^^

Trve. I had a relationship of two and a half years and she never called me by name. It was always just "hey" or "you". Once we were with family and she specifically had to get my attention, and so called me by name.
I was so surprised when I heard that. I was actually taken aback. Shocked.
Anyway, she dumped me a few months after that.

I never had a pet name either.

How could you possibly be shy to call your man by name with whom you've been with for years and done everything with?
>>
>>33872867
Oh yeah, that would be different. I'm sorry, I think I misunderstood–you're talking about someone you've known for years?

Yes...

>dummy
>stupid
>idiot
>moron
>pervert
I know these names better than my given name.

she don't have to call me darlin', darlin'

What if she gave me a Nickname?

>random dudes I know from hobbies or places I'm a regular at call me by name
>not a single girl I've ever met or approached has ever called me by name

It especially stings if it's a girl you're into and you think you had a good chat and maybe she's even into you as well and if you see her again and you call her by name and she never does the same and it becomes apparent that she didn't even give enough of a fuck to remember it.

I think I'm just done being a polite dude to women now and will embrace being an asshole who views women as disposable whores. I might not be a good person but at least I might actually start getting laid.
