My last attempt was cause I was sick of losing weight. I’m fasting again and it made me realize that I am sick of losing weight and I’d rather die than go through the whole fasting, purging, psych ward bs again. How would I do it in a way where my family wouldn’t be sad? Is there a way to get them to understand this is just something I have to do?
