Not hormonally. If you're a true 12-hour-a-day goon king, you might be short of vitamins and sunlight that are making you shed. But MPB is caused by the conversion of testosterone into DHT. Orgasm releases some prolactin (natural consequence of dopamine drop) and oxytocin, but that should not impact the test->DHT path.

If you read my post, you would learn that it does not make a difference
Finasteride is dirt cheap and if you aren't an obese genetic dead end with borderline nonexistent test levels to begin with it will have little to no impact on your sexual functioning.
I am now going to leave this thread because it will devolve into 200 posts of finasteride trutherism and shitflinging by literal 3rd world gorilla niggers with no grasp of endocrinology.
