I am on schizo medication and can't seem to wait for the right time to take them. What could I do to make the waiting easier? When I don't have them I feel physcically sick.

Behead all consumer goods CEOs. Roundhouse kick alcohol into the concrete. Slam dunk nicotine pouches into the trashcan. Crucify filthy enablers. Defecate in a crack pipe. >t. someone who stopped consuming caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine over night just to prove to himself he can still do it.
>>33879385I would recommend speaking to your doctor about this, as perhaps the meds are not lasting as long as they should as it sounds like anxiety with on most antipsychotics anti anxiety is one of the things it helps with. So i would speak to your doctor. But if your dead set on doing this alone set a timer and carry the meds with you so when the alarm sounds you can take them on the spot no matter where your located. As for making the weighting less, you need to get your mind off them, Just because your on meds now dose not mean this is who you are now.. Go about your day! do what you enjoy doing. Maye be go for a walk, call a family member or friend and have a chat on the phone do anything to keep your self from worrying about the meds. a after all you have a timer now to let you know when its time. Honestly hope you speak to your dr about this. but if not i hope this helps ya out some..
