This sounds like she hurt you more then you realize. Perhaps you might wanna speak to some one about this. Like a Therapist and get a better handle on it, as it seems like your gonna spiral more out of control. In brake ups like death one under go's many stages of mental grief. You are still stuck in the anger stage, witch is the most painful and longest and hardest to get through. If you don't wanna speak to some one then i ask that you do me this favor. Instead of writing all those nasty emails to her. You write one to your self and vent. Express everything you want in a email too your self and Do not open it for 6 months. Keep sending a email daily too your self and just let what ever is on your mind in your hart go. After 6 months open them and read them to your self. I bet you you shall notice over time they become less and less angry and eventually they will al together stop as you have since moved on and allowed what need to be vented out. Doing it this way there is no shame , no looking crazy as your angry, no possible legal issues that come out of it.. just a simple way to vent get the feels out and allow healing to take place. Please give this a try for me and know just because one has fucked your hart up dose not mean another shall. Let love back in when the right time is there.
