I have been porn free now for maybe a month. Haven't watched anything porn related etc. I do feel good. I feel a lot less internal shame I guess. However, what I am dealing with now is what I assume to be natural sexual urges and not the porn induced super coomer kind. However, what is the normal and safe way to engage with sexual urges as a male? All I have ever known is cooming to porn. I want to leave it behind forever but I don't want to leave my actual human sexual desire behind forever. Like today, I got home and felt "Wow, I really want to look at women with big asses." And it felt more intense than any other porn induced sexual desire.

I feel that I have lost my ability to orgasm intensely without porn though. If I masturbate without porn, I can orgasm still but its never particularly strong. Is there anyway to fix that? Overall, I think I am in a better place without porn but I won't lie and say that I don't miss it. I like looking at naked women and porn enabled me to do that.

If you're in the mood for love go find a girl and once you trust each other get to having actual intimate sex. Don't do anything the first couple dates and get passionate about it. Don't treat her like meat. The discipline you undergo for this will make it feel earned and you won't feel guilty.

Coom to real women you've met irl

Do not ever tell women you do this but it is psychologically healthy to coom to semi-realistic scenarios with women you actually know and keep your interest in real women and the real world rather than the airbrushed digital world
