Ah, I've been in a similar situation before. I didn't handle it well. Had I been able to go back in time, I'd go to someone about it. Someone I know. Maybe friends, family, they won't think less of you for it. And it's worth the temporary embarrassment and vulnerability to avoid a permanent, aching scar on your life. You need to know that this can do mental damage if nothing is done, like it did with me.
Or maybe, I'd have painfully confronted the video-taker (though you may not know yours) so if I didn't end up at a resolution to the situation, I'd at least end up having gained rationale if it went horribly, like for going to some manner of authorities. Either way, it will take willpower having talked to *someone* about it, one way or the other.
You need to take the shit before the shit takes you. Even if it means forcing it. It's not the kind of trouble you can 'escape', it's the kind of trouble you have to cleave straight through.
