all of those things obviously, but as long as you have the basics (reasonable income, transportation, your own place even if it's a cheap apartment etc.) but the main thing is to just be interesting and fun to be around. this requires a good general knowledge base and some social acumen, both of which can be practiced or built. it's fine to be an introvert as long as you're capable of switching "on" socially for a few hours at a time a couple times a week. force yourself to do stuff and talk to people when you're out in public.
