I hate my internet dopamine addiction. Despite the fact that I've now stopped wasting time at lots of different sites I used to and even deleting my accounts at said sites I still waste my time at shit like 4chan, discord, twitter (I'm a lurker now there but still), YouTube, looking for random, useless media trivia etc. I don't even use social media (besides twitter as a lurker) or streaming sites like Tik Tok and Twitch.

And generally speaking I hate modern internet and yet I keep wasting time on it instead of only using it for useful stuff like paying the bills, doing online shopping, watching trailers for anime and games I'm interested in etc.
