I stopped abusing porn and I believe I suffer from weak ejaculations. I can still get erections without the use of porn but I really feel waaaay less turned on. Like, jacking off feels almost so boring that I'd rather not do it almost if I can't use porn. I can use imagination sure but I am finding that I still don't ejaculate as hard as when using porn. Also, volume is way down as well. What can I do to improve? My goal was that I just want a regular healthy human sexual appetite. No more coomer shit etc. However, if I am being honest, its difficult. Regular jerking off just doesn't feel as good. Feels like a chore. Is there any hope for me or is this just a side product of quitting porn? Again, can still get erections without the use of porn but my ejaculations feel very weak.

What you’re experiencing is actually quite common after quitting porn. Your brain’s reward system has been conditioned to the intense, fast-paced stimulation of porn, so “normal” sexual arousal and masturbation feel underwhelming for a while. This is often called **post-porn sexual dysfunction (PPSD)** or “porn-induced sexual desensitization,” though the effects vary widely.

The good news is that it **usually improves over time**. Your goal of restoring a healthy sexual appetite is realistic, but it takes patience and retraining your nervous system. A few things that help:

* **Give your brain time to recalibrate**: It can take weeks to months for dopamine responses to normalize.
* **Focus on real-life sexual stimuli**: Fantasies or intimacy with partners tend to retrain arousal patterns more effectively than porn.
* **Mindful masturbation**: Slow down, pay attention to physical sensations, and avoid rushing. This helps strengthen arousal without needing artificial stimulation.
* **Physical health**: Sleep, exercise, hydration, and nutrition all affect semen volume and orgasm intensity. Kegel exercises can also help strengthen ejaculatory control and sensation.
* **Reduce stress and anxiety**: Performance anxiety or guilt can suppress arousal and ejaculation. Relaxation techniques or meditation can help.

Weak ejaculations and reduced pleasure are **temporary side effects** of rewiring your sexual system. Most people notice gradual improvement over weeks if they stick with abstaining from porn and practicing mindful sexual activity.

If you want, I can give a **step-by-step approach to rebuild normal sexual sensitivity and ejaculation strength** without porn.

hello mr ai
please elaborate in great detail how to cure a soft glans, whilst the rest of the shaft is hard; as in, the blood does not stay in the glans, when erect plus weird nerve feelings/sensations in the glans.
medical history includes 3 to 4 slightly herniated discs, pressing on nerves L2/3/4. slight underweight, normal blood levels.
are the genital problems only induced by pinched/compressed spinal nerves or may there be other reasons?

It's just a time thing.
How long have you quit porn?
Even your orgasms change when you aren't consuming anymore.

Don't jerk off as often, do kegals and don't just jerk off - you want to edge and denial a few times and then you will have high quality nuts that go across the room.
