>parents are still taking care of me
>a first year for 2 years, going to fail and retake the same courses next year...so 2.5years to complete the first year
>zero interest in school, just fake zeal
>i see no future in it, hate the society sector
>genuinely suck at school
>after I'm going to sit my final exams this yr, will tell my parents i want to drop out (for the 4th time)
plan
>get a wagie job, save, stay in shape, get documents and visa in order, prove to my parents i'm serious, contribute to home expenses, and then move out of country for the better then make a living overseas
>i predict it'll take me 1.5-2years

It's better than staying in uni for the next 5-6 years imo

It is not enough to say "No" to school. You have to have something better to argue in favor of. Your alternative is far too nebulous and un-thought-through to convince anyone

what kind of job are you going to get overseas?

Much easier to go abroad with a degree

My parents desire is for me to get out and travel, thought that would hit a chord.

....thank you for asking, i don't know.
My uncle there has a construction business, was thinking i could ask him for help to find a job. He always asks me "when are you going to come visit, you can stay here" but I'd prefer hunting for a job prior to that I just don't know what or how yet. Anything close to where I'll be living.

Hey man, I'm going through something similar. I dropped out, I'm going outside my home country to get a GED. Good luck and God bless you, we're going to make it.

Surely there is nothing new under the sun. Thanks anon. Good luck and God bless you, we will make it.
