How to learn for something i dont care about? Im in the 3rd year of a cooking apprentiship and i cant do the college class. Ive always not been able to handle school. Working isnt bad its just preparing shit for a la karte. Its work and im ok with doing mundane work. But i have to learn so much shit i just dont care about. How do i do it
>>33893534Nahh dude you are just wrong. You don't get to pick what you like to learn and what you don't. If you ever want to be chef than you don't get to just finish stake dishes. Any line cook can finish and plate stake, if you want to be Chef you have to understand all that other shit.best example is ceramic plates, you know this but different plates play different with different foods. That shit is the job of chef to know.
