I had an assistant manager that tried to offload work specifically meant for him onto me, so I started recording when he'd show up late and "correct" the schedule to reflect his clock in times, as well as a number of other small on site things against store policy. I had to wait 6 months but when I had enough I skipped general management and sent it all to corporate HR. They let him go and nobody knows it was me. Be malicious and get rid of niggers that make your life harder.

I submitted the information anonymously. managers can change the schedules even after the date has passed because theyre submitted biweekly. every time he showed up an hour late he simply changed the schedule for that to be his clock in time.

yeah this company is destined to fail. old owner died and his sons took over and started implementing new systems, like that one (was not possible to my knowledge prior to our "new and improved" clock in website. we've also been hemorrhaging money on tons of stupid shit while cutting employee hours, even shut down 2 stores in my district.
