I want a physical job that

>Pays $40,000 minimum
>Only moderately physical, nothing that will get me injured like carrying heavy packages all day
>No crazy training or high degree, something I can do with a Bachelor's degree or less

Electrician is the best of the trades, imho. You need to be alert and smart about what you're doing, even if it's the same tasks all day. You need some problem solving skills, but not excessive. You're rarely (basically never) lugging around anything heavier than your toolbag.
