What do I do if I suspect someone is scamming money out of others by pretending to be homeless?There's a guy in my city (Melbourne) who's just pure shonk. He always looks clean, doesn't smell and his clothes are immaculate, but he's at it all day every day, has all the lines down pat and drives people nuts.I gave him money a few times (probably a total of about 20 bucks now) and now every time I pass by, he says "hey, can I have a dollar, have you got a dollar, please guy" (word for word) and he follows me and continues begging for a good 100 metres or so before can I get him to piss off. This has happened about 4 times now.He looks an awful lot like Spenny from Kenny and Spenny, a bit like the tall guy from American Pickers.Once I even bought him a sandwich from Subway and he thanked me but looked like he was secretly disappointed.
