should I become homeless? I am a 45 year old NEETI have a little money savedI have a pretty decent workshop, I have taught myself welding (including AC aluminum TIG which is probably the most 'high skill' type of welding), using most woodworking equipment (routers, jointers, planers, shapers, CNC, bandsaws, tablesaws, etc, use of machining equipment like lathes, mills, grinders, plasma cutters, CAD/CAM software, I've built and designed tools, music instruments, furniture, bicycles from scratch, I can operate backhoes, skidsteer, skidders, frontloaders, (and shit like chainsaws, equipment that goes along with that sort of shit....But I have a mental problem where I feel like an absolute piece of shit due to having a narcissistic/histrionic father and basically fall apart in the presence of other people where I only view myself as a piece of trash. (I am instantly getting severe migraines being around him because his behavior being so insane)I can only see myself getting a job where I make maybe 16 bucks an hour. I look at rent in places around me, and even in really cheap places in the country (I honestly wouldn't mind living in some place like Iowa, Nebraska or Arkansas at this point) and then look at ads for places wanting roommates and literally every place even in the most depressed/cheapest places in the country are like 1200 a month as a roommate. What should I do? I might be able to build a van to live out of, but I did that for a month and not having a toilet/shower is really bad after a while. The economy is so fucked that when I build a piece of furniture, or whatever, the price I need to sell it at is below the cost of materials it too to build. I don't know how anyone can function these days. Is being homeless/living out of a car that bad? Where is the best place to live out of your car?
I'm pretty contented as a night janny and live in my car, I got a 24/7 parking spot at work and it's a block from the rec centre.I can comfortably afford motels when I get too sore or tummy achey from my shit diet and need a toilet on standby kekif I didn't have the parking spot I'd probably rotate between underground paid parking when it's cold (found one with ok monthly pass), forest, dead construction sites, and the ymca lot

Mostly women and all super tidy, so I do basic surface cleaning then just hang out in there til 4 am.No idea what they do exactly. vague conceptual stuff. They're quite kind honestly, give me oat bars and stuff and meeting catering leftovers. I'm waiting until it feels appropriate to ask if I could use their kitchen for meal prep.Praying this good streak stays
>>33957942How the fuck do you survive winter there. I just watched a Steve Wallis van camp in Edmonton and it was like -40f...he had to use a propane heater in the van.
