How do I do it lads. I miss all the touch and affection. I broke up with her even though I really enjoyed being with her. I didn't see roommates/babies/marriage working out, something we talked about repeatedly, so I pulled the plug. If you are in the same region as her you're gonna encounter her again. This may be a ridiculous example, but it will help you if you apply it correctly imagine your ex like a Karen at a bad coffee shop, and you were the cashier there. Imagine had one day you accidently gave her cold coffee and she threw a loud fit exclaiming she would never go to the coffee shop again. What would you do as a cashier when she sees you again? Focus on getting her a hot coffee staying neutral like what happened never happened. Think of that with your ex.
