I've been playing online chess a lot lately. Sadly sometimes I lose. The thing is, the people I am playing clearly have very little strategic vision and only win because I make a mistake. It drives me into an incredibly rage every time. I will start telling them, in the lichess chat, that they are worthless and should kill themselves. I suspect that this is dysfunctional behavior and I thought it might be time to fix it, so I forced myself to say "Good game! Nice defense" after I lost to an incredibly bad Scandi player. Upon hitting enter for this chat message I immediately fell to the ground and started dry heaving, then began violently spasming until I burnt myself out, at which point I just twitched on the floor for a few minutes. What do you make of all this?
