I started to get out of my shell during my last year of college. Now I just feel overwhelmed with people texting me constantly. I’m interning at my college and my class is having this event that specific place I’m interning at. Now I have to stay there from morning until 6 PM. I should’ve shut my mouth during this semester.

Figure out a few hobbies that you like to do, focus on your interests, don't focus on pandering to other people. Start hiking, climbing, exercising, reading, whatever makes you you.
