I am a 22 year male and my voice is a little too high pitched and sometimes when I'm speaking and I notice it, it makes me uncomfortable.
So I started seeing some videos about making my voice deeper but I don't really know if they work.
Is there any legit ways to make my voice deeper through training? If there is could you guys tell me, thanks

no idea, sometimes when i go out with the friends, in the morning i would have the coolest voice possible, with lots of bass and able to hit incredibly low notes like i just transplanted new vocal cords.
is it the second-hand smoke, yelling all night to be heard over music, cold beer, or maybe the whole throat/lungs system is more relaxed, i have no idea. wish i could keep the voice but it reverts to standard shitty voice in couple of days.
but it obviously looks like you can influence it, and difference is enormous

Try making the voice with your chest or even your stomach instead of your neck or head. When you do it right, you can sort of feel the voice of air pressure coming from your body instead of your throat.

Gonna try it

Go to 1 on 1 voice/singing lessons, you CAN increase your vocal range in both directions. They'll teach you about breathing, support, chest voice etc.

See a voice coach.

You could also try a book called "Your voice and how to use it" by Cicely Berry.

Learn to enjoy your faggoty tenor. I love mine. Too many dudes are out here blasting TRT, pushing way too much air through their voice box because either their drill instructor daddy taught them to at fag camp, or because they read it on some bald beard oil redpill sigma male self improovement blog, and they sound completely fucked up.

I just embrace my soft voice now. Fuck it. Fuck you. Fuck everyone. It's MY voice.
