How do I get rid of crushes
>>
>>33997996
be chad and turn crush into gf
>>
>>33998002
I don’t have a chance brother
>>
>>33998012
have u ever tried?
>>
>>33998023
No, because I don’t wanna mess things up. I only know her from work, i barely get a chance to say more than a few sentences to her a day, I get the feeling I would only come across too weird asking her out or anything like that
>>
>>33998037
coworker? that's called a proximity crush. do u have any indicator that it might be mutual?
>>
>>33998062
Not even a little bit. It doesn’t feel mutual
>>
>>33998070
give me some background
how old are u? how old is she? what kind of work do u do? is she the same role as u? since when do u have the crush? have u given her any signal? how often do u talk to her? is she friendly?
>>

22, don’t know, I’m a dishwasher, she’s a waitress, a few months ago. I’ve made more of an effort to try and talk to her, said I thought her hair looked nice once but haven’t really made any moves. She is very nice. Got this crush when I was closing as the only dishwasher one night, and she helped me out a little bit when she had 0 reason to do that

Also like I said before, on a good day, I’ll be able to have like one conversation with her. Most days it’s just a few sentences throughout the night

like any infatuation, you just shift focus intensely to something else. when you emerge from that focus you'll realize "oh, i totally forgot about that crush." could be a focus on anything too. you could get into a video game hard enough and lose touch with caring about a crush. it really is just a matter of what your focus is on. the mind is powerful

Try to think of them from an objective lens. No rose-tinted glasses, no bullshit. Stack up the pros against the cons. Every single deed against every single misdeed. It'll help you recontextualize that crush as just "another" person, in my opinion.

Ask them out.

Either they become your gf, or you can accept without a doubt in your mind you don't have a chance so you can move on.

If you're scared of rejection you don't have to ask a girl on an official date, you can just suggest doing something together, something with plausible deniability softens the rejection.

Has this worked out for you?
>>
>>33999561
Well yeah when I get rejected I tend to stop thinking of a possible future and how I could ask her out.
>>
>>33997996
Ignore them, retard. Or ask her if she wants to fuck and get it over with.
