anyone experienced with getting in good balance with iron supplements?
i tried ferrous bisglycinate first but got norovirus-tier stomach upset. now i went on ferrous gluconate, which feels better but gives me constipation. i take one every other day with vitamin c, and eat plums & magnesium citrate+oxide for constipation.
i know there's sucrosomial iron but damn that's expensive, and i've seen some complaints about its efficacy

In the first world you would actually have to work very hard to develop a vitamin or mineral deficiency. An ordinary diet, even a junk food one, will provide all you need.
