While I’m asleep, I do weird stuff. My doctor said it’s not sleepwalking (I did an EEG). But I talk to people in my sleep, and I don’t remember any of it. I can have full-on conversations where I’m half-asleep and annoyed at them. Today, for the first time, I woke up without my clothes on. They were on top of me, but I don’t remember taking them off. And I swear it would take some effort to pull my pants off. What could this be? It was always just talking before, but now I’m starting to move around in my sleep

My college roommate's gf was like this, you could hold a coherent (albeit slow) conversation with her while she was sound asleep, and she wouldn't remember a thing. That's how he found out she was cheating on him with her chemistry lab TA. Fun times, man, fun times.

Could be extreme stress or anxiety
