For ten years I've been riding the tiger trying to figure out what was wrong with me. It's like If i'm doing or going to do something with my time then I get a rising sensation in my chest. This will happen and go away then come back ever ten seconds. What should I do to stop the anxiety?

Chatgpt all it said was to do breathing exercises. No matter how I tried to explain myself about what I was feeling in the end it was only my fault.

I often envision myself 'swallowing a pill' and committing to whatever I agreed to do. Then you're in the thick of it, so might as well just do it. Just rinse and repeat. Comes with time

Meditate until you discover what kind of person you truly are, and what your purpose truly is. You're anxious because deep down, some part of you knows you're not doing what you are meant to do, and you are not living the life you are meant to live.
