I remember when I was a kid I used to draw a lot. That changed the moment I touched a PC. I still love games but I only want to game in my room (1 hour a day).

The real time consumer is my phone. I browse Instagram reels when I’m bored. That time could be used to do literally anything else that’s more productive. I want to throw away my phone for a flip phone but I need it for 2FA in my college.

What’s some advice you can give to fully transition to no surfing?

Everyone says they used to do this but they never realize it was like 3 times over a 4 year period and is representative of nothing.

Use a screen time blocker like I do. Any of them will do based on what you need. I have mine block insta and other horse shit all day until 8, then block everything at 11pm so I could go to bed
