Not asking for advice, giving advice.
How 2 fix depression, from most important to least.

>eat mostly unprocessed or minimally processed foods, that will be beans, plants and fruits, use vegetable oils for cooking
>reduce animal foods, meat, animal fats, dairy
>completely eliminate junk food, fast food, hyperpalatable foods, chips, sweets, salty snacks, refined sugars
>stop drinking alchohol, smoking weed, or taking any other recreational drugs
>establish a healthy relationship with your family, understand and be sympathetic to their flaws and limitations
>don't associate with people who do things that you know you shouldn't do, friends are not family, you don't owe anyone anything
>moderate and intense physical activity 2-3 times per week, something you enjoy, could be a sport, running, lifting, biking, etc
>spend more time outside, just looking at people doing things outside can improve your mood

Some may think this is obvious, but it needs to be followed through. If you fail one you're not going to make it.

actually none of this shit is going to work for me.
what would actually cure my depression:
>sex with hundreds of beautiful women who worship me
>obeyed by millions
>living in a beautiful palace and almost obscene levels of luxury
>the right to judge over life and death and command massive social forces
>ability to exercise my intellect among peers and masters
none of the shit you mentioned, on the other hand, would be necessary to fix my depression, or even especially helpful.
