Long story short I'm being targeted by a trafficking ring, who some time ago would break into my place and drug me and do bad stuff to me at night. I live with family and don't have a good enough job to move out. I'd get scared and try to sneak out and go to another town in secret so I could escape them, but cops in the ring would bring me back home or to psych ward. I accidentally trespassed a few times. At psych ward they'd also drug me at night and do bad stuff. They tried to diagnose me with psychosis to discredit anything I say, and forced injections on me that weren't normal meds (felt terrible the next day, and the injection sites still hurt even a year later). How do I act and explain this without being discredited, and with disproving the psychosis label? They want to force meds on me so I become disabled, and keep me trapped.

I think you're fucked on the diagnosis but you could stop acting the part. Police and hospital staff expect you (in the role of mental patient) to try to resist and their trained response is to force compliance. Ex. if you are in another town of your own volition and meet a nosy cop (if you got here, you already attracted enough attention and the police are already primed from the probable 911 call to expect a crazy person), politely identify yourself, ask what they want, tell them you're within your rights minding your own business, and politely and verbally refuse to cooperate if they want you to come with them but don't resist physically if they try anyway. Of course if you are trespassing or loitering you should listen and leave the area.If you get taken to a hospital, ask to leave repeatedly and ask what form you need to sign to be let out. You may be under a temporary hold, ask for details. Don't force your way out until you can sign discharge papers like a normal person. Always have an air of composure. If you are in a psych ward and a nurse wants to give you medicine, politely but firmly decline, then don't take the medicine. Explain yourself if asked. Don't act like you're going to run or fight or they pounce. Even if they come in with two goons and a syringe ready to go, keep your refusal verbal and firm, do not ever resist physically.If you don't act crazy they won't treat you like you are.
