I can't look at people while talking to them because their face movements are too distracting.

If someone is playing music while talking to me I get really distracted and can't understand what they're saying.

When walking around I look around after everything often focusing on things to the sides of me.

I often offend people in social situations.

I have 0 friends my whole life. Every time I "make" friends I end up getting bullied by them or singled out.

I wear "childish" clothing, graphic tees and gym shorts, the same thing every day.

I cut all my shirts into tanks because they got too small for my arms after I started working out.

Now I can't wear normal shirts as it bothers me.

My dad had me at 38.

God damn, I am autism. So, now what. Try to pretend to be normal or keep being a comfy outcast.

Everyone is acting dipshit. You aren’t supposed to just prance around, cringing whoever you want.

I was like that for the first half of my life. Turned out, I had OCD.
Learning how to feel emotions without identifying with them helped me step out of the shell.
The thing with eye contact all these things is, you only know that you SHOULD do them because of other people. If left to your own vices, you would not know you were "autistic". But this doesn't mean that you're well. The point is that you should ALWAYS do what comes naturally to you, and for you, right now, it is to avoid eye contact.
What you are struggling are unprocessed emotions. You are carrying a lot of shame and you are procrastinating, or too afraid, to address them. When you do and things release, and you stop feeling insecure about the things you are insecure about, you know how eye contact works?
>You meet someone
>They make you feel a certain way "attracted", "excited", "interested", "happy", "joyful" whatever
>You speak what comes to your mind because you aren't shackled by shame, you do not second guess, they make you feel happy and you say "Hello :D"
>If they are healthy, they will respond in kind, if not, they will make you feel a different kind of way, and you'll go "Oh, sorry for bothering you" or whatever
This can not be reverse engineered. It is all about allowing yourself to feel, and acting objectively based on how you feel. And eye contact works in such a way that it gives you control. You keep an eye on the thing you are interacting with. Would you use the computer while looking at the keyboard? You need the feedback, so you look them in the eye.

"Hi :)"
"Hellooo :-)"
"How are you?"
"I'm good :[ how are you?"
"Why you so down?"
"Idk"
And so it goes. You maintain eye contact throughout the interaction.

Get therapy. I'm only this stoked to explain so thoroughly because I'm speaking from experience. And avoid meds at all cost.

Shut the fuck up none of you have anything. Y'all just naive and distorted by like you said, shame inhibition warped views etc. but fuck off with the labels. Uwa I have pathologised disease hello I am fundamentally different to everyone else hyuk hyuk time to die. But yes, all these things (socialshit) must be learned/developed, you aren't born with an understanding of how the world and people work.

Are you autistic? Do you have OCD? Yes, if you frame it that way, you show traits of an autistic leaning or an obsessive compulsive nature. But that doesn't mean you "have" it or don't have it, and doesn't mean you are permanently disfigured with it or fundamentally wired differently to every other human, it just means you weren't guided on how to not be stupid like that
