I've noticed an uptick in the compsci to nurse swap-around, what's the deal with these 2 fields? Ig nursing seems like actually useful to society and fairly accessible route so compsci bullshit jobs all gone would make the switch, but nursing is prolly more gruelling so they'd wanna switch to a less tiring role

Why not do charity work or give lectures at your local community college instead? Or think of some programming niche you actually find interesting and make educational video content about it?

I think it was one of those jobs other doctors use to do. but staffing is so low they had offered a special training thing for nurses of some higher rank/variability where they could train to do for a few months while getting paid as if they were just working it already.I never kept track of it so i have no idea if it was just here or if other places had similar issues/offer. why i said to look into it for your area.
