My uncle is severely verbally abusive and insane due to a brain injury he received from literally falling out of a tree while drunk. He lives here with me and my mom, but due to issues with the house and the reverse mortgage on it, we're not sure if my mom has the legal right to evict him. For the past 20+ years he's been verbally abusing us and screaming, shoved me when i was 6 years old for no reason, took a swing at my mom that didn't land, grabbed my mom from behind recently out of anger. He just has these 'episodes' of intense anger and rage completely unprompted, often related to smells or random objects around the house and other bizarre OCD shit. He makes no sense, is impossible to reason with, doesn't respect boundaries, etc.We've called the police on him more times than I can count. But because he lives here and he hasn't actually killed us yet, they can't do anything. Apparently there's something called an EP or emergency petition that we can file, but we can't have him getting released and coming back for revenge so we're hesitant to file it.What does someone do in a situation like this? This guy has completely ruined our lives and we're like prisoners in our own house, I have severe trauma because of him, and I say that without self pity, it's just true that he made my childhood a living hell for no reason and I still have to deal with him on a daily basis even after all these years. Me and my mom just want him gone, for the state to take him or something, hospitalize him ideally, but we're worried he might get released because he knows how to 'act' semi normal when the authorities get involved the twofaced piece of shit. We're scared he'll just come back angrier than ever.What do? Should we file this petition thing, will they actually do something with him, or will they just give him some meds and send him back to us?

You could brew some potions or trade them for emeralds and give them to him and then while he goes to bed you can install the pillow mod and then attack him with it in the face while your mom stops him from getting up so it looks like he just died randomly in his sleep to the server mods in Minecraft
