Need advice on locking the fuck in for 2026. That means...
>no chasing girls / women
>no drinking
>cutting back on the cigs, coffee, and weed
>building my portfolio and presence as a CompSci. student
>beginning to set aside more distractions like playing / making music and video games
>reading more, learning more, exercising more
>meditation
>etc etc etc
How do you guys lock the fuck in?

you cant lock in for 2026. you need to lock in now in order to be locked in for 2026. most of these things you can achieve by the start of 2026, and that can be done by reconnecting with nature and physical activity outside, both are good alternative to smoking/drinking cravings plus give you more mental clarity, an outlet for feelings and a way to process your thoughts so you dont have a constant need for distraction.

Start today with a brisk walk and go to sleep at a reasonable hour. Replace your habits don’t cut out your habits.

I still struggle with nicotine, it’s tough.

Reflect weekly with a self-introspection journal. Set your goals and evaluate them regularly.
