Anyone dealt with this before? Is it fixable?

Would try nonsurgical methods first.
I knew two people who had the surgery and it worked for them.

Ain’t fixable for me. That’s for damn sure. Just quit trying to sleep so much Bro. You can manage a nine to five and get along with three or four naps instead of getting a full night’s worth. If you can still sleep, get plenty of exercise and do the opposite of whatever is recommended. Maybe there is still hope.

Stretches, you can look these up
Wrist brace
Rest. If you're gaming, stop for a while.

If possible, general exercise.

I had this too, and it went away no surgery. You just have to address it early on.

Afterthoughtfagging: If you can stand to sleep with wrist braces for roller skating, preventing wrists from going to the foetal position, which is for some reason the natural inclination and doesn’t help matters. One of those things like picking wounds won’t make the go away and popping bones just makes you want to keep doing it. Best to sleep with hands in position to catch a beach ball.

Fuck, I’m being hypergraphic.
